Which links earn money
Every tour card, every booking button and every availability widget on this site carries partner id 7GG5I5H and goes to GetYourGuide. Links to the château’s own site, to maps and to the phone number earn nothing. The five products I can earn from are the ones on the all-tours page, and each has a review with its rating and review count on the reviews hub.
What that does to the writing
The honest answer is that it creates a pull, and the way I deal with it is to write the unflattering thing down where it is true. The Nantes City Pass is rated 4.2, the lowest score here, and I recommend against it for a single slow day even though it is the product I earn most from. The monumental tour has three reviews and I say so every time I mention its five-star rating. Most of the château is free, the museum ticket is a small one, and a page that buried both of those in order to sell a city pass would be worth nothing to anyone.
What I am not
Not the Château des ducs de Bretagne. Not the Musée d’histoire de Nantes. Not Nantes Tourisme. I cannot sell you a museum ticket and I do not try to; that is chateaunantes.fr. What you actually pay at the door is set out on the tickets page.
